This experience with Syamim was more professional compared to other financial planning sessions that I had took part in. I would definitely recommend this meeting to others.

I heard many good reviews from my friends regarding Syamim’s Financial advisory services. And at that point of time I was looking for one. I’ve heard of many financial consultants but I personally felt that Syamim was the best amongst all the other consultants I’ve heard of. And true enough he was nothing short of that during my first consultation with him. He was not pushy at all. He gave me advices which were useful and I’ve been applying it in my monthly financials ever since. He is also really keen and sincere in helping me improve my financial situation so that I could achieve my desired financial goals. What I really like about Syamim is that he really monitors my progress and gives me reminders every now and then to ensure that I'm always on track to achieve my financial goals. Syamim and I aren't far apart in terms of age so we could connect and relate to each other’s stories and life experiences. Syamim was my classmate back in JC and a few years after we graduated our respective universities, he told me he was a Financial Consultant and asked if I would like to engage his services. When I told him I was not ready due to the fact that I only just started working, he was patient and accommodating as he did not push me any further. I finally decided to meet him some years later to engage his services and I never looked back since. He was able to tell me what I was doing right, and also what I could do better. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me everything I needed to know. The most important thing that he could do was to be patient with me as I switched jobs (and hence a change in my income) and navigate through some personal issues. While there were a couple of things that he had me do, he was understanding enough when I explained to him my situation at that point of time. All in all he’s a very kind person, and he genuinely wants to help, no matter what stage of life you’re at. Would definitely recommend Syamim!

I’ve known Syamim since 2013 and he’s always been giving me advice on my finances and career plans informally when we’re out with friends. Once I started working and had lots of questions about adulting it only felt natural to ask him for advice as he’s someone I meet regularly and also someone I could trust. The simplest things like goal setting and financial planning (down to the daily expenditure) are the most helpful to me because it keeps me on track every day and reminds me what my priorities are in life. Syamim also helps me decide on my end goals and suggests all the steps I need to take in between to make it happen. Syamim caters his advice based on my current situation and the things I aim to achieve, instead of providing generic, scripted plans. Our goals change a lot during the course of our lives and he doesn’t turn my opinions/dreams down but always helps to plan the next steps to move forward. He lays all the options down on the table and makes it clear that ultimately I decide on what to do next as there’s no definite right or wrong as long as you’re optimistic and plan ahead.
