Syamim is a great financial advisor. We had other insurance agents before, but like most, after signing up for the insurance or financial plans, agents tend to vanish. When you are laid in a hospital and need help, you'd expect your agent to be able to answer your queries. Ours didn't. Luckily for us, we had already engaged Syamim as our financial advisor. When I was admitted to the hospital, despite not having a hospitalisation plan with him, Syamim gave us the answers that we needed when our own agent disappeared on us. After I was discharged, again it was Syamim who helped us with the claiming. Imagine that! An honest and reliable financial advisor in your time of need! He didn't hard-sell any of his plans. This experience is different compared to other financial planning sessions I had as Syamim spends a lot more effort and time to understand our situation and make pictograms and charts to explain his recommendation and advise to us!
