I met Syamim through football more than 5 years ago when I was in National Service. Back then, Syamim shared with me the importance of financial planning after I graduated from university. Fast forward to now, as a fresh graduate with very minimal knowledge, I went in for a meet up with him to learn more on the topics of financial planning. Syamim is very knowledgeable in sharing the many aspects of financial planning. When advising on the different policies, he is straight to the point as well as making in simple to understand. What I like the most is how he helps me to plan my finances and budget in an excel file to help me reach my short and long term goal so that I have a good idea on how much I need to save and invest to reach that goal. We were aware of the work that Syamim does after he came in highly recommended by a few relatives. At that point in time, we were looking for an advisor who could relate to us well, explain policies to us clearly and sincerely help us in managing our current and future policies. We switched over to his services after just one meeting because of how detailed and professional he is in his work. He took a lot of time and effort to present the best policies he felt suited our needs and they were spot on. His patience with us and our gazillion questions is also worth mentioning. The PowerPoint presentations that had diagrams with concise information were most beneficial. It provided a clear overview of each policy we currently had and wanted to take up. It was an easy reference point as we tend to easily forget the details of the different policies. It was different to other sessions with other advisors which were merely made up of discussions where the agent goes over the details of the policy verbally again and again. It doesn't stick, and is easily forgettable. With the different tools Syamim uses, we could easily grasp the idea of a policy by just a slide/diagram. It allows us to comprehend things easily and refer to them conveniently. We would a million percent recommend this meeting to others because as a millennial himself, he definitely gets us. He understands and relates to us so well that we look forward to meetings for updates rather than dread them. We truly enjoy the service he provides and the extra mile he always goes for clients. He has our complete trust and rest assured he is the best agent we've ever encountered thus far.
